Déchiffrages Pour Betterie – Vol. 1 is the first volume of a series of two focusing on the reading of rhythms for drums. Written by Emmanuel Boursault and Guy Lefevre, this book should be used as a complementary work to the traditional drum methods.
This method introduces the players to repetitions, coda, D.C. Fill, different measures (3/8,5/8,5/4) and improvisation among other aspects of the rhythms.
